Having Daniel Berger as our guide through the process was a blessing. It made the experience enjoyable and truly educational. Going into this, we thought we were going to have to wait another 6 months to find a home. Dan is very personable, responsive and knowledgeable. I worked with Dan for almost 8 months and he did not stop until he found the perfect apartment for me. Dan listens to your wants and needs and he also knows a lot of people to help make the process smoother when applying for the mortgage loan, obtaining a lawyer, etc. Dan was a pleasure to work with and I would again in a heartbeat if I am ever looking to buy again

Daniel was wonderful throughout the entire process. It began with his understanding of our wants and needs and his knowledge of the Westchester area. While walking through the houses, he taught us about heating, landscaping, central air and much more! Even after finding our house, he answered all of our questions and helped us all the way through closing!
