Gosh, where do I start!? I don't want to sound cliche, but it truly was an incredible experience working with Danny. From day one, back in November of 2020 til June 25th 2021, the day I finally closed on a property he was everything you could ask for from a realtor and then some. He worked with me knowing I was using a VA loan in a very hot, competitive market. Anyone whose used a VA loan before know's its probably the toughest loan to get a seller to commit to. Yet, he stuck with me and we grinded together for a solid 8 months viewing countless houses, bidded on 7 seven homes, always over asking price with no prevail. After the 7th failed bid in a row, I told him I think we're just wasting our time and just to hold off til the market cools off. He barked back and said no, we keeping grinding this out! And the very next one we struck gold! If it weren't for his committment and grit, I wouldn't be in my new home writing this review right now. With that said, you want this man in your corner when you're looking to buy or sell a home. He really does go above and beyond. The saddest part of this review is that the daily grind we experienced together is now over, and that is something I already miss. And I'll add more selling point on Danny that separates himself from other realtors. He has no problem saying "I dont think this is the house for you." He's not looking to rush things and get you to sign contracts so he can collect a check as quickly as possible. He genuinely wants you to make the best most informed decision possible.

We've used Danny as our realtor for the past few years and we would never look to anyone else!! When we first started looking, we came across a few realtors before Danny and they all paled in comparison. As soon as we met Danny, we knew right away we found our realtor. He helped us buy our first home 3 years ago. When we fixed it up and decided to sell again 2 years later, he was our first and only choice to help us again.
