We met Daniel a few years ago when he sold an apartment on our floor. His approach was forward but comforting. We told him at the time we weren't ready but he kept in touch with to let us know when we were ready he'll help us to the best of his ability to get our place sold. Fast forward to late 2023 and we reached out to him to let him know we were finally ready. Guess what he answered our call and within a couple of weeks of listing our place it was sold. He worked with us and the board to get everything right and gave us his honest opinions on some of the offers we got and had us wait for the right one. When the right one came in we took his advice and ran with it. He was working with his team to make sure we were kept in the loop the whole time even while on vacation he was helping us stay informed on the contract and board approval progress. I can't thank him and his team for all the work they've done to get us above asking on our place. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a good agent in the Westchester County area.

Tommy did a great job under Danny’s guidance. The house was not in a geographical area well known to them. They researched every aspect of the area market conditions, values of homes in the area, the schools, and every aspect of the area. They priced the house right. It was sold in three days and under contract in five. Several other houses in the area were not priced right and after two months have not sold. This team was a pleasure to work with.
