•We met Mike while he was hosting an open house about 12 years ago. We were planning to sell our first home and buy another but didn’t have a realtor. We immediately felt comfortable with Mike. He sold our first house without having to put it on the market and only showing it once. He helped us buy our next house which was a short sale and it was seamless. When my in-laws wanted to downsize he helped them sell their home and buy a condo. When my parents moved to Grand Rapids he helped them buy a home too. When my husband was recruited by a company in Pennsylvania and we needed to sell our home he worked with the realtor in Pennsylvania on timing and financing, etc. Our house sold for well over our asking price after only a few days. He is eminently trustworthy and accommodating and can work with any buyer or seller. One of the best.
