I was relocating to Ocala. My initial trip was to explore areas to live. At that time Mary had an open house that I stopped in. She was very pleasant and answered all my questions. As my search continued, the home she listed was still a consideration. During my search, she was very responsive and not pushy. I made the offer which was accepted. Throughout the process, Mary provided additional information that I request. And very polite and responsive. I am the care giver for my parents. She had genuine concern for their well-being. Even after closing, she was very kind to provide additional information such as medical care, community information and so on. Having purchased 14 homes in my lifetime, Mary has truly been the best agent and continually went above and beyond.

We had never been to Ocala FL when the decision was made to take a look and see what the city had to offer as far as quality of life, relaxing atmosphere, medical facilities etc., the natural things you look for in retirement. Having spent the last 42 years in Atlanta, GA we were ready for a change. Although, we were excited to begin our search, we first needed an experienced real estate agent familiar with the area and communities, but where to start? I went on line and began looking for agents in Ocala. I looked at several, reading resumes and checking out experiences and ratings, then came across Beth Anthony of RE/MAX Premier Realty. Beth’s resume and experience checked all the boxes, we made contact and set a date to look at available homes in our price point. On the day we arrived, Beth had 12 homes ready for our viewing, which was a great deal of ground to cover in an 8 -hour period, which she made a very fun and enjoyable experience. Once, we made our purchase, Beth never left our side during the entire process, always giving us encouragement and answering any questions we put to her. Because this house is a bit of a fixer, Beth has given us numerous vendor referrals – she even came by and hauled away our empty boxes after our move, which went way above and beyond. On one of our phone calls before our purchase, I told her she was my very best friend in Ocala, jokingly she replied “I am your only friend in Ocala” Although we have been here almost a month, and moved to a wonderful neighborhood with welcoming fun neighbors. Beth Anthony is not only our real estate agent but a truly good friend who I would recommend a thousand times. If we could offer 10 stars, we would. We could not be more pleased with our decision to hitch our star to Beth Anthony and RE/MAX Premier Realty.

We were selling a single family home that was a rental property and we live out of state. Having a skilled agent who was looking out for our best interest was very important. Jerry was proactive and always thinking ahead. His experience in the field and his market proved most valuable to us. He helped us get bids on everything from painters to general contractors for minor repairs. He helped identify good buyers and was in regular communication with us setting expectations and working with the buyers agent to ensure a timely close.
