Elizabeth was wonderful. I didn’t have an agent and I called to meet her at one of her listings. With the COVID-19, protocols for showings were different and she helped me navigate through it. After viewing her listing she was nice enough to show me another property, that was not her listing. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area, which I needed because I was not familiar with it. Needless to say, she became my agent. Elizabeth was so patient. There were not a lot of listings in the area I was looking in, so we couldn’t look at a lot of them at the same time. And with the Covid-19, it was almost impossible to get back to back appointments. We looked at quite a few properties over a 5 month period (it was also the holidays). We made many offers. The bidding war was ridiculous. But we persevered and I finally found my humble abode. And on a final note, I needed to back out of offer due to negative conditions on the disclosure. Elizabeth did not even try to get me to change my mind. No pressure. She wanted me to love the house I bought and I do. I think Elizabeth is terrific and I think you will too. Happy house hunting. ??
