Stacey Handman was fantastic in selling my mother-in-laws house in Land O Lakes. This custom built house went on the market the Friday before the pandemic shut everything down. Stacey never gave up trying to find creative ways to market the house when everyone was under quarantine. To top it off, It was extremely hard to coordinate with my husband's siblings who live out of town. Paula is an amazing realtor. She is what a realtor should be. On a scale of 1-10 we would give her a 10 because we couldn't give her an 11. Signed our sales agreement on Friday, listed our villa on Saturday, sold it on Sunday. Couldn't ask for more than that.

I had so many questions, needed help almost every step of the way and even after the sale, Terri was there when I needed help. Terri was always there and is always there! She helped me handle the little details and guided me with advice from her many years of experience.
