As “snowbirds”, we already owned a home in the area, but wanted to move to another community to be near friends. We spoke with Paula on the phone and she seemed very knowledgeable of the local market and price trends. Until we were able to schedule a personal visit, Paula tirelessly searched and sent us new listings that fit our needs. Our one trip proved unsuccessful as we lost out on a house by a few hours. However, within a few hours of arriving home, Paula called with a new listing of a house which we subsequently bought. Paula took care of the scheduling, inspections, all the negotiations (we were not the highest bidder), and closing without us having to make another trip (all within 4 weeks). She recommended contractors, painters and cleaning crews who prepped our new home. Paula advised us to wait until we arrived for our winter season to list our house for sale. She had no doubt it would sell easily and quickly at a nice price. Within days of our arrival, she had photos of the interior as well as the exterior, including aerial views using a drone to show the uniqueness of the property. She kept us up to date, even while she was going through some health issues. In the interim few weeks before closing, her team stepped in when she was unavailable.
