I was born and raised in Longview, WA and have spent most of my life in Cowlitz County. I was in the construction business, painting and remodeling homes for 30+ years. I was also a bartender for many years and have a great relationship with many business owners in the Cowlitz County area. I truly love working with people and the Real Estate Industry has given me the chance to help people with one of the biggest purchases/sales they will encounter in their lives. I have a knack for finding the right home for my buyers and getting them to the closing table. I also enjoy helping people sell their homes and have lots of ideas for making the most off of your investment. The Cowlitz County real estate market is a bit different than other surrounding areas, as there are still affordable homes in the area. I love touring farms and old homes, but also enjoy looking at newer construction to see how far the building industry has come. Knowledgeable AND Personable
Dean helped us sell our house and purchase our forever home in 2016. He was so pleasant to work with. Always answered our questions, willing to help in every aspect. I would suggest him to new and experienced home sellers and buyers.

Knowledgeable, Honest, Dedicated
I've known Dean for many years. He is extremely hard working and has always gone the extra mile for his clients. Some if his clients have turned into life-long friendships. He's honest, dedicated and passionate about real estate and our local community. He has handled the purchase and sale for all 4 of our home transactions and currently working on our 5th. His years of construction background helped give additional insight to buying and selling 2 fixer-uppers for a great return on our investment. Dean is a terrific agent!

Move From and To
Dean is the most remarkable real estate agent and I can say this with confidence in the business, since even though I have been retired in Washington State for many years, I continue to renew my California real estate broker's license just because it was so hard to come by. I say this humbly with no self-adulation intended but merely to establish credibility for my following comments. Dean helped me to buy and sell residences with wonderful efficiency and honestly. He did things for me within and outside the scope of his profession and responsibility, making sure all corrections on the house I was buying were made thoroughly and expediently to keep my purchase on schedule and negotiating with the buyer of the house I was selling fairly in the interest of both parties, while making wise recommendations that aided the sale of the house in the market at a seasonal time of waning several years ago. When I sell the house where I am now living, I intend to turn once again to Dean for his service without hesitation because I know that he can be trusted to do his very best! Sincerely, Tom Kroupa

The Best Help we ever could have asked for!!
WOW....where do I begin. We were so happy and excited working with Dean. It was so encouraging watching him work on our behalf. He had all the right answers and questions for us to get the best price on the house we were buying. We felt so much like he was really working for us but the best part is, that he was so honest with everything that he did for us the buyers and also for the sellers. He made the whole deal work for everyone. We have referred him many times to friends and family and we will continue to do so. If you want the BEST out there...it's DEAN POLLOCK!!!! THANK YOU DEAN!!
