My company relocated my family and me to Tampa in the Spring of 2019. I was introduced to Patrick Burgess by a co-worker very early in our home search process, and I have only good things to say about him. He listened to our needs, educated us about the Tampa area, more specifically Wesley Chapel, visited multiple homes and locations with us, and ultimately introduced us the community where we purchased our home. During this process, he communicated with us regularly and provided much needed information about builders and homes, which we would not have known otherwise. She was on vacation at one point for just a few days, and she was still emailing me houses so we could set up viewings for that weeknd.
