I can not say enough about my experience with Donna Allman. I needed an agent in my area so I looked on the Internet for my area and I saw she had a 5 star rating. So I read the reviews and I said well I can see how she is. This was on a Sunday so I figured that I wouldn’t hear anything back until Monday after I left a message. Nope. She called me back on a Sunday. Her quick response has been my entire experience with her. She kept me up to date with any and all information during this whole process. Any and all questions and concerns were always addressed in a timely manner. If I had a question for the seller she included me in any emails between them and she would contact me to make sure I saw any and all emails that she received from the sellers staff. This was not my first home purchase but it was the first time I have worked with an agent with her work ethics and knowledge helping me to understand the modern process that wasn’t in place with my first home. If you are needing an experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and caring agent then look no further. Give her a call and be ready to be pleased with her performance.

Donna helped me purchase my first commercial building and she was a true professional. She is extremely detailed oriented and laid out the purchase process for me very clearly. The sellers were extremely challenging to work with but Donna never flinched and always found solutions the numerous obstacles that popped up during the process. Donna also did phenomenal work in dealing with the city and setting up my future business for success. She has an excellent business sense but knows how to set expectations as well. I will ABSOLUTELY work with Donna again on future projects.
