Amazing communicator and worked around our schedule

Kim helped us buy a house and is helping us move. We had been about to submit an offer on a Friday when she sent us another house that was more attuned to our needs. At 4pm I saw the house. At 5pm we submitted the offer. By 7pm the open house was cancelled and we closed 30 days later. AMAZING!
