Excellent customer service and follow up

Kevin did fantastic work reviewing the selling process, advice on preparing my home, and ultimately selling the home quickly. I had to rely on Kevin and his team to help me prepare the house for sale more than usual because I was out of state during the entire process. Kevin provided me with several referrals for home prep, auction companies, storage facilities, etc. which was very helpful. Whenever I asked Kevin to come to the house, or drop of keys, paperwork, etc. he made himself available and would follow up on items that were outstanding.
