With over 19 years of experience, Tim specializes in various property types, including residential single-family homes, condos, multi-family investment properties, and new construction. Leveraging his diverse background, Tim helps his clients understand their options throughout the home buying/selling process. He prioritizes clients' goals, even if that means not buying or selling. Tim's in-depth knowledge and lifelong learning earned him the title of a real estate nerd. Tim became a broker in 2017 and started supporting other agents by teaching classes on best practices. He now serves as a part owner and managing broker of RE/MAX Preferred. Tim also leads the Preferred Homes Team, providing superior service and expertise.
