i could not have imagined the great experience i had with Norma; i had experienced 2 other realtors before Norma and was expecting the same experience needless to say that did not happen and she has now set the bar very high on what to expect and only to accept. she was patient, she was kind, she listened to me and got to know me and understood all my wants and needs and made everything happen to where i could not have been more satisfied or happier. i love my new home and do not plan on moving anytime soon but if by chance; she would be the one i would go to because of the experience i had with her. i would recommend her to any and everyone and do my best to insist they go to her to be highly satisfied she goes above and beyond that extra mile all the way around

Kari is a fantastic agent. We looked for a new home for more than 3 years and everytime we called to see a house she set up a tour within 1-2 hours on multiple occasions no matter the day. Well we found our dream home and left behind our old home. We fixed it up a little and within 6 days she sold that house too. Wendy had our house under contract in 45 days at approximately 96% of the listing price. The house was built in the 1930's and we had done quite a bit of renovations. However, the location presented some challenges being near a major street and being in a transitional neighborhood. We were able to overcome the hurdles of the transaction and closed within 5 days of the original closing date. The delays were due to the buyer's lender, which was out of Wendy's control.
