Cheryl did a exceptional job helping me through the process of buying my first home. Was very knowledgeable and responsive regarding all my questions and concerns. The negotiation process for the property was much more complicated than anticipated but Cheryl was a valuable resource when I came to dialect with the seller and getting a deal that was acceptable for both parties. Cheryl helped me out a lot through the home buying process. She was very responsive and showed us a lot of properties and in the end we found the perfect place. She walked us through all the off the closing and offer submittal process as we were first time home buyers. She still helps us out months after the closing with any questions. Cheryl and her Husband had helped us out before with finding rental properties and we were happy with our experience so stuck with them when the time came to buy a house. 5 Stars!
