Tim Krueger is an accomplished Managing Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Preferred, a successful real estate firm with 12 locations and over 100 agents in south central Wisconsin. Tim is a knowledgeable leader who takes time to address concerns for each of his agents. To stay current with his team's needs, Tim visits each office location, rotating through weekly coffee sessions. With over 19 years of experience, Tim specializes in various property types, including residential single-family homes, condos, multi-family investment properties, and new construction. Leveraging his diverse background, Tim helps his clients understand their options throughout the home buying/selling process. He prioritizes clients' goals, even if that means not buying or selling. Tim's in-depth knowledge and lifelong learning earned him the title of a real estate nerd. Tim became a broker in 2017 and started supporting other agents by teaching classes on best practices. He now serves as a part owner and managing broker of RE/MAX Preferred. Tim also leads the Preferred Homes Team, providing superior service and expertise. He initiated a mentorship program to help new and existing agents develop good career habits and exceptional skills. Tim's dedication to his team's success reflects his passion for the real estate industry.

Amy is a licensed realtor with over 5 years of experience in the real estate industry. To serve her clients better, Amy has earned the prestigious Accredited Buyers Representative certificate, and Pricing Strategy Analyst. Throughout her career, Amy has helped hundreds of clients buy and sell homes in the local market. She is known for her exceptional customer service skills, ability to negotiate favorable deals for her clients, and ability to creatively find off market properties. In 2022, Amy was recognized with the Platinum Award, and works on a Diamond level team, both awarded by RE/MAX. When not working with clients, Amy enjoys boating, hiking, golfing, and spending time with her family. She is an active member of the local communities and loves volunteer with several non-profit organizations. Amy really enjoys the lakes and terrain that draw friends and clients to the area, and specializes in residential properties, recreation properties, condos, second homes, and rentals.

Ashley has been a realtor with RE/MAX Grand for 2 ½ years and in the real estate industry for 4 years. She grew up in Baraboo, and after leaving for a few years to attend college at UW-Madison and teach elementary school in Rice Lake and Monona, she returned to Baraboo to pursue her real estate career. With a 3-year career in teaching and having worked as a summer day camp counselor and director for 7 years, Ashley is skilled in educating her clients and carefully guiding them through the buying and selling processes. She is constantly educating herself about the real estate market, laws, and marketing techniques. Ashley loves helping people, and it is her objective to take the stress out of the buying and selling processes, as she is resourceful, attentive to her clients’ needs, follows through on communications, and puts her clients’ interests first. With having six siblings, Ashley is a skilled negotiator who helps her clients make the best decisions for themselves. Ashley is also very involved in the Baraboo community with being a director on the Baraboo Young Professionals' Board and working on the events planning committee; serving as a Baraboo Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador; participating on the Boys and Girls Club events committee; coaching for the Baraboo High School Girls Swim Team and Riptide Swim Team; and participating in other community and charity events. Ashley is also looking forward to partaking in the Sauk County Institute of Leadership during the 2018-2019 school year. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing volleyball, boating on Lake Wisconsin, participating in a book club, hiking the Baraboo Bluffs, camping, and attending Badgers, Packers, and Brewers games. She takes great pride and joy in helping her clients through one of their biggest life events and helping them love where they live.
