Jeff was AWESOME to deal with in so many ways. In selling my rental duplex he had a great feel for the market. In the case of my building he had an amazing feel for what needed to be done since there were truly NO comparable to place this up against. In doing all of his homework, thru his hard work he was able to get me a top dollar in a rebounding rental market! Many agents would have given up, I wouldn't have blamed Jeff had this crossed his mind, but he continued on undaunted and got the sale! I couldn't be more grateful to this agent who will treat you like you are the only person he is dealing with; and he will sell your home / or find you your new home!
