We were first time home buyers, and unfamiliar with the process. Which was scary in this market! John took our family under his wing, and fought extremely hard for us!! John is the guy you want standing in your corner when it comes to the process of buying, or selling your home!! He is knowledgeable, professional, but most of all - he hears everything you have to say. Nothing gets by this guy. He “has a guy/girl” for every little thing you could possibly imagine, and there’s a damn good reason for it. Everyone wants to work with him, because he will work for you. We really enjoyed working with Kathy to purchase our new home. She was responsive, sent us multiple home options, and came to our first showing with a detailed list of comparable homes. She didn’t try to push us to look at anything that wasn’t in the exact area we wanted - she always listened to us. When it came time to make an offer, she helped us through multiple negotiation cycles and even helped us find a contractor to get a quote on a needed fix on the weekend. Her hustle, but ability to listen to clients was great. We’d highly recommend Kathy!
