Angela is the best! She went above and beyond in all aspects of selling our home and purchasing a new one. Finding a new home to love was the easy part. Making sure our offer was accepted in a market where homes are currently getting a ton of offers, many times thousands and thousands of dollars over asking price, was the hard part. Angela was up for the challenge. She met us on a Sunday afternoon and spent over two hours with us, writing up the perfect offer. She made sure that our offer stood out and represented what she believed was most important to the seller, not only in price, but extra time in the house after closing. We submitted it that Sunday and it was accepted the next day! Angela guided us through inspection, appraisal and closing. Whenever we texted her with a question or concern, she always got back to us quickly, even after business hours. After we purchased our new home, we put our current home up for sale. Again, Angela expertly guided us through the whole process from asking price, staging, showings and open house. Again, she was always there for us whenever we had questions. At times she was a therapist when I would get nervous that something was not happening according to plan. She, "talked me off the ledge", more than once. In the end, our home sold in one weekend. We just closed on it a few days ago and are getting ready to move into our new home soon. We are so appreciative of all the hard work Angela and her team put into the buying and selling process. Special thanks to her associate Haiely for taking us to the showings of numerous houses and finding the home that we ended up purchasing.
