If it wasn't for her we more than likely would have given up but she fought with us and help get things done and things rolling when crunch time got the ball rolling when we where struggling. She was the realist when it came to telling us what was possible and very knowledgeable to let us know if a house would even work for a VA loan before we offered on it. Tamara was a huge help for us. Being it was our first time buying a home. Tanara was very patient and willing to take as much time as needed in explaining things to us (no matter how many times it took 😊) making sure we understood everything through the whole process. Tamara was available to us anytime we had questions even if she had family stuff going on. She would would get back with us quickly. I personally learned a lot from her one example wood window frames tend to mold. She is very knowledgeable of the market and what is going on. Tamara was awesome and made our first home buying experience very easy and stress free, as much as someone could in this crazy market. Tamara works hard for her clients. We lived in a different state while we were choosing and buying our house. She took the time to show it to us by FaceTime and gave us a FaceTime tour through town. Tamara knew how to sell our home! Besides helping us prepare for the showing, she quoted us a selling price that we felt was too high, but it ended up being sold above the price she quoted. She was so kind, patient, thoughtful and knowledgable through the process which went very smoothly. We really appreciated Tamara and the work she did.
