•I met Marian in Fall of 2023 when she showed me one of her listings on Cayuga Lake. I fell in love with the house, but unfortunately we were outbid by a cash buyer. Over the next two years, Marian worked tirelessly to try to find us our perfect lake house home! She showed us literally dozens of homes, some in person and some virtual, since we live 3 hours away. I’m sure there were times when she thought we weren’t actually going to buy anything, but she stuck with us! In September of 2025, we closed on the perfect place! We are still doing renovations on the home, trying to make it our own. We can not thank Marian enough for being so awesome with us! I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone. She is friendly and knows her stuff and she’s a great person who has now turned into a friend. Pick Marian to help you find your dream home!!!
