•meaghan was great. because of her great communication with the sellers agent, the seller picked our offer over a matching one. she did the all digging into the history of the home so i would be comfortable purchasing knowing i'd need to waive my inspection. in the beginning, i started with another agent that felt like he wasn't really taking my input. meaghan reached out to me to schedule a showing, and in talking to her, i felt like she kept my best interests and opinions top of mind. her and i moved forward with my search for a home after that, and everything worked out as it was meant to. thank you endlessly, meaghan, for helping me buy my first house!! you know i'll reach back out when it's time to buy the next one :)
