Professional and Detail Oriented Go Getter

Working with Soo has been a fantastic experience from the moment she stepped foot into our home. Our initial interview call to Soo was made as an exploratory exercise and from there it was off to the races. She brings a "can do" energy that most other agents do not project. We had a one of a kind property with a half hearted desire to sell. We made it clear from the beginning we would not sell for less than our target price. She was up to the challenge and started to market on social media the second she got the yes, we will list. Her marketing skills in the luxury market are outstanding, her relationships and connections with other agents were impressive and while she is incredibly friendly, she is not there to be your friend or waste anyone's time executing a business transaction which was incredibly important to us in hiring an agent. She is business oriented and professional at every turn, along with being extremely efficient and communicative making every single detail of the process clear and concise. Selling our home was very emotional and she rode that wave with us in the most respectful manner. She closed our home for our target price and created a dream scenario for closing.
