Curt is awesome! He's really knows his profession and very good at communicating at every step in the process. He kept us informed at all times, and if we contacted him, he got back to us in a timely manner. We really appreciated his help and advice in the selling of our home and the purchase of our new home! We couldn't ask for more of a realtor!

Curt was awesome!!!! We live out of state. He took our desires and wants and we worked closely coming up with a list. He spent a great deal of time checking out the properties and weeding out the undesirables before we arrived We had already made several trip to Florida looking. On one trip to Ft. Myers he invited us to Venice where he spent an afternoon driving us around showing us the area. Our last trip was to Venice. On Monday he had lined up a number of homes. The last one was the one. We submitted an offer on Wed and by the end of the day we had an accepted offer. Scheduled the inspection for Friday while we were there. Everything went smoothly. His knowledge of the area was worth so much!!! Thank you Curt!!!! It was a pleasure working with you!!

Curt Cooke is a very knowledgeable and experienced real estate agent who truly understands the Southwest Florida region! He helped us purchase our second home, first home in the Sunshine State, and we are incredibly grateful to have had him by our side throughout the transaction. He is quick to communicate and answer any questions we had. He also was very patient with us as we toured multiple homes in the area. Thank you, Curt!

In the past I have collaborated with a number of realtors, personally and professionally, however Curt's performance as our realtor rated excellent! Not only did Curt answer all my questions in a timely manner but was always available to help with everything when needed. Our previous home was over 2 ½ hours North, so when the appraiser or inspectors came Curt was available to allow them access into the home to complete their task. I highly recommend Curt Cooke from REMAX Platinum Realty for all your real estate needs.

We sold two properties in Port Charlotte and Sarasota with Curt and his associate Rich DeFuria. Both were great to work with and gave great advice and insight into the process and things we could do to get the properties sold as quickly as possible. Both properties sold in a short period of time. I would recommend them for your next sale.
