She sold our house last year for 100k over asking in record time and found us the perfect farm we had been looking for for a great price. It was not easy because we had specifics we really wanted. Land!!, barns, water on the property all for a bargain price. LOL. I really did not feel we were going to be able to achieve that but she came through and was right on top of making sure our offer was where it needed to be. Even after the offer was accepted there were issues and she handled them with knowledge and professionalism. We finally closed last week and are super excited about this new home.
