If you have a home that needs to be sold in Sparta, NJ I highly recommend that you contact Heidi. She knows the market and was able to procure multiple offers over the course of a weekend. Additionally, I needed to have repairs and other work done on my home in order to sell it. Heidi was able to recommend qualified professionals who were quick to respond and to complete the work in a timely manner. I couldn't have made it through the sales process without her. I can't recommend Michelle enough. There was quite a bit of work that needed to be done on my house both before it went on the market and after. As an absentee owner I was able to rely on Michelle to let repairmen, inspectors, etc. into the house. This was a big relief to know that she was so willing and able to assist in this manner. I couldn't have sold my house as quickly as I did without her.
