Breana did an amazing job as my realtor in a market that was a little difficult. Interest rates were high and potential buyers had dropped. Yet she persevered and used all of her strategies, charisma and connections to find something that eventually worked out. She is great to work with. Her communication is fantastic and she knows how to deal with people and get the job done. At one critical point in the process of me buying my next home, she left an important meeting to take a call from the realtor of the house I was buying to assure him of the status of the home I was selling and that it was going to go through. She did that because it was time sensitive and because going above and beyond is the way she operates. Not only did my Utah home sell at a price I was comfortable with, but I also got the home I wanted in a different state because she took that important call. You can't go wrong with Breana.
