Bud grew up in Murfreesboro, TN as the second oldest of seven children. He attended college at West Coast Baptist College ('08-'12), located in Southern California, and upon graduating in 2012, he took a job in the Seattle, WA area. In 2015, Bud moved from Seattle to Central Ohio to be with his fiancé Chera. He quickly joined the Tyler Griffith team at RE/MAX PEAK and has never looked back. Part of Bud's background prior to becoming a REALTOR (R) includes working for a custom home builder. His desire to be in real estate stems from his interest in housing and his desire to help others. Bud enjoys being a part of the RE/MAX family and the Tyler Griffith team, where his areas of focus are the growing suburbs North of Columbus. He currently lives in Centerburg, OH with his wife Chera and their 3 children - Brody, Blakely, and Baylor. Outside of the office, Bud enjoys playing golf, being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.

I am recently retired from Newark High School where I taught Social Studies and coached for 31 years. I am married with 2 children. I enjoy sports and most outdoor activities. I am a member of the Southgate Church of Christ in Heath, Ohio.

I’m a 1996 graduate of The Ohio State University and have worked 18 years in the federal government, most recently as an Administrative Officer with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service in the Columbus field office. Previous to my federal career, I also served as National Title Operations Manager for Mercury Settlement Services in Denver, Colorado. My career in real estate started almost 30 years ago as a closing officer/title examiner and I'm excited to share that knowledge as a REALTOR. We moved back to Centerburg in 2014 after living in Colorado for nearly 10 years. It has always been a dream of mine to assist buyers and sellers in achieving their real estate goals. I currently live in Centerburg with my wife, Tina, and two grandchildren, Nic and Korynne. We love the area and this great community we call home.
