Ginnie advocated well for us, getting an offer well over asking price and, when that buyer withdrew, immediately getting a comparable buyer. She worked closely with us to resolve all settlement issues satisfactorily and displayed in depth knowledge of the whole process

Ginnie was a wonderful agent to work with.
Ginnie worked very hard in selling our home in a very short amount on time (6 weeks) and got the job done with time to spare. She had 6 listings on the first day and a total of 12 in a three-day time span. In the end Ginnie got more money than we were asking for our house. I highly recommend Ginnie Kite at RE/MAX as the competent and caring professional person to sell your house. We were very satisfied with the results!

Excellent experience
Ginnie did a great job in selling my mother's home from keeping us informed of what was going on and how we might improve on staging she did an excellent job. It was great working with her since she was a former coworker with me 20 some years ago. I would recommend her in a heartbeat.
