About Bradley

Brad has been a Licensed PA Realtor since 2010, with a wealth of experience primarily in the Lancaster and York County markets, and several others within the state. He embraces the opportunity to meet new people and see new places everyday. His background in Real Estate started out when he began working for a few builders and developers. This has given Brad extensive knowledge with the construction of homes and land development. Over the past few years, Brad has shifted his focus primarily to the resale market, but his time in new construction has proven beneficial along the way. Brad is originally from Lancaster, where he attended Manheim Township High School and Millersville University, eventually graduating with a business marketing and management degree. Before selling Real Estate full time, Brad spent several years traveling stateside and internationally, racing as a member of the Rite Aid Professional Cycling Team and also the U.S. National Cycling Team. Brad still resides in Lancaster, where he enjoys spending time with his wife Lyndsey, along with their three young children, Ariana, Cameron and Connor.

From my wife’s and I first contact with Renee she proved to be a reliable, trustworthy and genuinely awesome Realtor. We found Renee through Zillow and at first I was skeptical. During our prior use of Zillow realtors I often felt that those agents had personality traits similar to a carsalesman. They were quick to draw you in but often left you hanging. However, that’s what makes Renee different. She was never pushy, gave real advice and was attentive to what we were looking for in a house. Initially we looked at a few houses but ultimately settled on a new construction home. Renee made sure to keep her schedule flexible to accommodate us and join us in every step. When we were at the selections process for our home she made sure that we stayed within the budget that we planned for but still have solid advice on where to spend our money from the overall budget. From start to finish Renee checked in on my family & I even when we just waiting for things to be done. We would recommend Renee a thousand times plus. Renee will be always be someone we reach out to and keep in contact with. If we ever need another home she will be the first to get a call. I hope everyone else who works for her appreciates her awesomeness and attention to time and details. Thank you Renee! We appreciate you and thanks for helping us to find our forever home.

Renee was on top of it and got my mom exactly what we needed to get! She has great expertise and was a pleasure to work with. I was able to close on the house all the way in CA, she facilitated everything. She's got lawyers, plumbers, inspectors, you name it.Highly recommend!
