Great experience
We first met Madilyn in 1994 when she helped us buy a new house and sell the one we were currently living in. Wonderful Experience
Madilyn has helped us buy two houses and sell two houses over the last thirty years. She has become a personal friend , not just our realtor . Madilyn has old fashioned values and is extremely professional, qualities that are hard to come by in this day and age. She and her daughter Kim are lovely people who truly care about their clients .

Above and Beyond.
Madilyn has always gone above and beyond of what any other realtor has ever done for us in the past. She has always been professional in her field and knows the areas of her work. She has always been up front on pricing, renting, leasing in the areas of our real estate. When there are issues or concerns that come up she has always been able to provide the solutions for us. Madilyn and her daughter make an incredible team and has been our "A" team for the past 15 years and counting. I would not recommend anyone other than them.

Cruz was our agent when we bought our home 29yrs ago so when the house that we wanted in the sub-division we wanted came on the market we called Cruz. During the whole process Cruz had the answers for all of our questions, made sure we priced our old home properly ,and kept us calm and sane during the negotiations for the new home. Buying a home is a very trying and stressful time and you need someone by your side who knows the market has years of experience and will always be there to answer the phone to help guide you thru the home buying process. Cruz is that person , she did an excellent job for my wife and I and she will do the same for you.
