Orlando was a wonderful realtor to work with. He was diligent in helping us draft an offer for the home we purchased, answering all of our questions, helping us determine the steps to take in the home-buying process, sending over time-sensitive documents to be signed, and supporting us every step of the way. When we first saw the house that we wanted to buy, Orlando happened to be on vacation in Europe. That did not stop him from helping us draft our offer and he continuously communicated with not only us as the buyers, but our mortgage lender and the selling agent as well--all from a different time zone! He even arranged for one of his colleagues to open up the house for our parents to see in order to determine whether we wanted to move forward with making an offer. When Orlando returned from vacation, he continued to support us through walking us through the inspection, letting in the carpet company for measurements, guiding us through the final walk through, sitting with us as we signed loan documents, and handing us our keys on the day we closed escrow. What we loved about Orlando is how accommodating he was toward our schedules and timing. We would definitely recommend Orlando to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their home!

My Experience with this AWESOME REALTOR (Jeannie Hallgrimson-GRI) was more then I ever expected. This lady did things I would never expect a realtor to do, she went above and beyond for us! And being with limited funding on our down payment and wanting specific areas, house type, and being very picky (me) she stood by our side the entire way. And after finally finding us a home(because me being picky) and the entire process she got us into a home(our 1st home)!!!! She is a Realtor who knows her job and enjoys her job and cares. She is very explanatory on every step into the finest details in going over everything with us, and making sure we understood what we were signing and why specific things were taking place. For buying our 1st home and having Jeannie Hallgrimson as our Realtor we SCORED WITH THE MOST AWESOME REALTOR WHO WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR US IN EVERY STEP IN EVERYWAY. This lady knows her job. And still to this day and it being 7 months now since we have been in our home she still keeps in contact and asks if we have any questions or anything she can do! What realtors out there these days does this still!!!!! Most other realtors you never hear from again they got there commission! Not this realtor (Jeannie H) I could be here for days telling everyone out there that you want this lady as your realtor to find you a home, or to sell your home. She is AWESOME. As stated in other reviews, Jeannie is the best! She helped me search for, negotiate and complete the purchase of my first home. Being a first time buyer and not knowing the ins/outs of real estate, she was there every step of the way to answer questions and guide me through the process. Moreover, she has great connections in the business, Inspectors, Insurance/Warranty , Mortgage Brokers, etc., who too are the upmost professionals. What I liked best about working with Jeannie is although she had other clients she was working with, I truly felt like I was her sole focus, as she was always on time, always picked up the phone and immediately responded to any of my needs. I know other people in real estate but Jeannie will be the only agent I recommend moving forward!
