•Kristen was amazing to work with! We made the decision to relocate to the Atlanta area during the pandemic and didn't know where to start. We feel very fortunate to have found Kristen, and highly recommend her as an agent. Kristen is extremely knowledgeable about the area and helped us narrow our focus on specific towns. We looked online for a few weeks and then made the decision to fly once we found a house that we really liked. Kristen was super flexible with our last minute travel plans. She cleared out her weekend to tour houses with us on a holiday weekend knowing we would only be in Atlanta for a few days. She patiently drove all across the Northside of town so we could explore several different areas. This was so helpful for us. We were able to quickly narrow down a target area, and then a target house (ironically the one we flew to see). Once we made the decision, the house already had 3 other offers. Not being from the area, we didn't know how to make ours competitive (where we are from, bids often go $50-$100k over asking). Kristen helped guide us to a number we felt comfortable with, and drafted a strong offer that helped us win the bid. We had to do the home inspection remotely and Kristen was extremely helpful throughout the process. She did a great job of negotiating when things came up on the inspection (which they always do), and was extremely communicative throughout the process. We felt completely comfortable and well taken care of with her as our agent--even thousands of miles across the country. This level of care extended even after closing. She has checked in a few times to see how we are settling in the house and the area, and has been extremely helpful with recommendations. I honestly don't know if we would be in the house of our dreams if we didn't have Kristen's help. We feel truly blessed to have found her.
