Laura was tasked with selling our condo in a building with multiple units for sale and few interested buyers. She helped establish a price, provided frequent updates on online views, provided feedback for repairs that might help the sale of the property, worked with other sellers' agents to hold combined open houses, and ultimately facilitated the sale when an offer arrived. What we appreciated most was her warm and helpful personality and availability whenever we had questions.

As we listed, Laura told us that homes of our type were selling in about a month and suggested a target price. Exactly four weeks later we received a credible offer, and a day later had a deal. We closed with the cash buyer less than a month later. No muss, no fuss. We knew what to expect and when. Her knowledge of the market was impeccable, and her presentation of our house for sale really did the trick. Definitely no complaints; we recommend highly.
