If you want a professional and friendly experience go with Erin. She is knowledgeable and respectful . Warm and engaging and very responsive. I would recommend her to anyone. I literally looked at one house. And I am living in it now. She knew exactly what I was looking for just by listening to me from the start. She knows her territory and her field.

Erin helped us find a vacation home in the Port Charlotte area last February 2020. She is very knowledgeable about the area and guided us to a great location that fits our lifestyle and budget. Not only an excellent realtor but she is a very good resource for local contractors and services. She is also very experienced with what it takes to update and improve a property to increase its value and appeal. Following our purchase Erin went above and beyond by checking in on our home to make sure the air conditioning was working properly after we had returned to our permanent residence.
