93 Vivante Blvd unit 9322 11/2005 I am very happy I chose Barb Brooks as the professional realtor to represent me! As a medical professional I work long unpredictable hours and I needed someone with special skills as I was looking for a special quality of life in either a home or condo. We looked at several places that matched my buying power but did not fit all of my wants but we ruled out homes with all the extra expenses and maintenance and my busy life. With her eye on the market there a unique condo but out of my price range with serene view of the harbor in a gorgeous gated community. She took her time and made several offers that was rejected on a place that was not advertised by another agent very well so it had a lot of days on market. Suddenly the price dropped 50,000 a few weeks later and the second it did my phone rang from Barb, not a moment was wasted! More wonderful was that she spoke to the other agent and found out the seller would likely take less, and he did! This agent around the clock and most diligent too. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a special realtor!

Barbara was our realtor of choice to sell our waterfront home.She helped with smooth negotiation to get our home sold in only 55 days out of season. This home was my husbands roadblock to overcome the hardship of losing both his son and ex wife . It was our roadblock in moving forward to happier days in a new home and had not been maintained with his grief. She suggested we entertain owner financing with a large downpayment in order to get in front of more buyers and this was the solution that procured a successful sale! As a young couple with a set of young twins and another baby shortly after we were caught between owning two homes! It was a financial dilemma because We had a builder we were working with go out of business and left us with construction debt from not paying his subcontractors. My husband received a much wanted job transfer to New York Coty where we wanted our son to grow up closer to family, so we needed to move quickly.
