I have known Mrs. Nooshin Zarrabi for 30 years. Nooshin is a professional and skilled realtor with vast knowledge in real estate and financial aspects of buying, selling and rental of residential and commercial properties, and she proved that to me when I worked with her buying my first house in Glendale California. Being a first-time home buyer and not knowing much about buying a house and what it evolves, she advised me and helped me a lot to learn about what to look for in a property, physically and financially and she found a perfect house for me and my family. She also sold my house very quickly when I decided to relocate closer to my work and, found another house in Valencia California which I lived in with my family for the last 28 years. When I decided to downsize and sell my house this last August, obviously she was my first choice of realtor to call. She came prepared, without hesitation, unlike another local agent that I called and did not show up at all. She gave me a lot of information about all the changes in real estate world and I signed her up to be my agent again. She sold my house on Oct. 8th for an unexpected offer within two weeks of the open house. From the start Vivian was organized and on top of every detail involved with the sale of our condo.
