As a first-time home buyer, I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than Cheryl Bare and her amazing assistant, Melinda Sasscer. From day one, Cheryl guided me through the entire process with so much patience and care, explaining every step and making sure I felt confident with each decision. I completely deferred to her recommendations for my lender, title company, etc., and I’m so glad I did—she only works with the best! What stood out most was how responsive she was—whether it was a quick question or something urgent, she would reply immediately or within 15 minutes. During my initial search, Cheryl gave me so much insight on the market and even pointed out red flags about properties before we arrived for showings. That helped me really refine my search and focus on the right homes. She was incredibly personable, quick to communicate with sellers whenever I needed information, one-time codes for inspectors, and more. When it came time to put in an offer, she and Melinda literally stayed up until midnight to get everything submitted—and because of their dedication, I got the house!
