•We cannot recommend Heather enough! She did a phenomenal job throughout the entire process of selling our home and purchasing our new one. She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, kept us informed every step of the way, and made what can be a stressful process feel as smooth as possible. Heather was always responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely had our family’s best interests in mind. We are extremely grateful for everything she did to help us through both transactions and get us into our new home. We highly recommend Heather to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
Heather was the buyers agent on a transaction that I got involved in as the lender. Her clients previous lender was having trouble getting him approved and it was down to the wire for him being able to close. Time was of the essence that we move quickly to solve the issues at hand and she was extremely responsive and communicative even while out of town on vacation with her family. She focused on solutions and was very instrumental in keeping the deal together for her client.
