Courtney grew up in Pennsylvania and relocated with her family to Southern Maryland when she was in high school. It was in high school she began her career working in real estate as a receptionist and assistant to a local builder/real estate agent. At this time, she realized her passion for real estate. She continued to build a successful career in real estate joining The Laura Peruzzi Team in 1999, working as Laura's assistant. In 2008, she went on to obtain her real estate license and has worked every aspect of the business from resale to new construction. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband Russ, and three daughters, where they reside in Sunderland.

Laura and her team have extensive experience in new home construction, residential resale homes, rental properties, land and waterfront properties. Laura is married to Eddie Logan, has two daughters, Nikki Anderson and Adria Benton, and resides in Dunkirk. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and boating.
