Juli was such a blessing to have through my home buying experience. I was near the end of a messy divorce during the process and she was so patient and caring the entire time. I knew she cared about me as a person as well as a client. She was very honest with me about which houses were good and which ones were duds at the beginning of the search. She worked so hard to negotiate with the sellers on my behalf. She wrote MANY addendums to get the contract just right. She even found me venders and got invoices to do repairs on the house after closing. Juli truly went above and beyond to help me find a house. Her experience and knowledge is incredible. I recommend her anytime someone mentions buying a house, and I will definitely be using her again in the future.
