UPDATE: NANCY GOT US OUR DREAM HOME!!!!! I can't stress enough how great Nancy is!!!! Nancy is one of a kind. She really goes above and beyond for her clients. She is not pushy she gives you her honest opinion. She really looks at your price range and gives you excellent advise she always tells us "I want you to be comfortable with your payment", because as she puts it, "It doesn't matter if you get qualified for a large amount you need to be able to enjoy life as well" and I truly appreciate that she is looking out for our future. We are currently still looking and found a place that we made an offer and hope to get with her help :) I will recommend Nancy without a doubt to anyone who ask me for a realtor. Kerry listened to my wants and criteria, including area and price range. The listings she sent were exactly what I was looking for. We found the perfect place our first day out. My offer went in on June 15th, and I moved in on July 18th. Even though the selling agent was "on vacation" initially, Kerry managed to get my offer and counter-offer signed in less than a week. She also works with a broker team that specializes in getting all of the paperwork approved and processed BEFORE I started looking. Three months ago, I wasn't sure home ownership was possible for a single person. Now I have a new permanent address and will never again have to sign a lease or agree to increased rent!
