10/10 would recommend Gwen. She very kindly and knowledgeably walked us through both the buying of our new home as well as selling our old home. She has great references of people / vendors to work with. She reached out on multiple occasions to our lender to keep the process of buying going. She walked through our old home with us and suggestions on what to do/update to make sure our house presented well (which is t did!) It's because of her vast knowledge and willingness to help that enabled us to get $10K over asking price on our old house. Not to mention she's so incredibly courteous and professional.

Gwen was our realtor when we bought our current house. We chose her to sell it because our past experience with her was great. We could not have picked a better agent to sell our home. She guided us though the preliminaries with great skill. As a result, within three hours of listing it, we had our first showing. Within three days of listing it, we had our first contract. Even when that contract didn't materialize into a sale, Gwen quickly got us back to showing the house and we had another contract within days. Gwen guided us through several challenging twists and turns during the whole selling process. Bottom line: we sold the house for more than we were asking and did it from start to finish in less than two months! We were elated! She's the best! We would use her again in a heartbeat.
