There's so much to write but I'll make it brief. Diana was introduced to us when we began looking for a house late 2020. She was very personable and got straight to work when we met over the phone. She asked many questions regarding the type of house we were in search of and shared a lot of technical details we missed. We narrowed our search and stayed in touch with every property we felt fit. The market was not favorable to buyers at the time but Diana went in with us being aggressive yet tactical from the start. We submitted a few offers but with the volatility and COVID uncertainties we saw those first offers get declined. We stayed hopeful and we knew Diana would look out for our best interest. We found a property that fit perfectly she knew we had to work smart on it and before you knew it the keys were in our hands. Our family just moved to Moreno Valley from San Diego. We don't have any family here and don't know the area. I met lydia when i was looking for a home. I contacted Lydia and that next Saturday Lydia took me out looking at homes. The last house i saw that day i loved and we went back to her office and she drew up the paper work. The following Monday Lydia called and told me my offer had been excepted. That was 7 months ago. Today Lydia and i are looking for an income property for me to purchase and she continues to work hard, keep me informed and she is available to take me to see any properties i am interested in seeing. . Lydia has the experience that is needed not just to show homes, write up offers but to negotiate and get the sale completed and in the long run that is what matters. I sold a property in a different county 5 months ago with another realtor and i did not have a good review to write for that realtor and i so wrote none.
