▶19 years ago Alease Madewell was our agent when we bought 237 Bone Cave Rd. Rock Island, Tn. She was a great and professional agent. So, 19 years later when it was time to sell said property who better than Alease to guide us through the ins and outs of the sale. She out preformed our expectations, the still pictures were great, showing all the important features of the inside and outside of our home. The aerial picture turned out to really show prospective buyer the actual size and boundaries of the property. Alease got the information out on all the real estate medium that was available to her. We had a showing the very first day it went on the market and sold on the 5th day on the market. Alease kept us up to date on everything, i.e. bank inspector, termite inspector, what the buyers offer was, etc. All while she was going through personal issue and a death in her family of a very close relative. Can't say enough about her dedication to us as the sellers in making a very stressful time go as smoothly as possible. Would we recommend Alease to friends and relatives, most definitely she is very professional, takes interest in detail and listens to concerns of us as sellers..
