Ms Brewington Will Sell Your House
I'm currently overseas and in a very complicated situation. Ms Brewington went above and beyond to assist my Ex and children to make sure that they were taken care of during the selling process. She treated them not only as clients, but also as friends. Ms Brewington is very professional and will get the job done. Thank for all of your help and God bless

Great Experience!
Working with Vicki was such a relief! I was selling my first house from a different state and she explained everything to me so I understood and took care of everything so I didn’t have to. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a property!

I have read some of the comments OTHER people have written and if you read between the lines, you can tell that they have no idea what they are talking about. It just goes to show you that even when you try to help a “friend” it comes back to bite you in the butt! Every real estate deal goes through the broker, and Mark Davis, Remax One, is one of the best. If there was anything remotely undisclosed in this deal, it would have never been approved by either Broker (the seller’s or a buyer’s). Something smells fishy and it ain’t in the Bay! Here’s a thought, get a life. Vicki and Larry are good hard working people. Just my thoughts for today..

Mitch went above and beyond!
This situation was not your typical home sale. My brother passed away in Maryland and I am in Texas and was required to be the administrator of the estate. I was not able to take as much time as I would have liked because of the work that I do. Mitch had to do many more things than would be required in a typical home sale and he performed those tasks admirably. Dealing with the loss of a loved one in addition to selling a home remotely in a very challenging market is overwhelming. Mitch Seifert’s professionalism, knowledge of the market and willingness to go above and beyond even to the point of becoming a used car broker…was what made this transaction happen. Mitch has my respect and thankfulness for coming through in this situation. He was communicative and dedicated to solving issues in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Mitch as a realtor to anyone that I know.
