One year ago, my husband and I started our journey to buy our dream home, and sell of our townhome with Mrs. Jennifer Lesesne. When I first hired Mrs. Lesesne, I made it known that I was looking for a realtor ready to put in some hard work. I wanted someone personable and available for questions. Mrs. Lesesne proved to be that realtor from the starting gate. She came prepared with a packet of invaluable information to our first meeting, with the willingness to ensure us that she would work her hardest to find our dream home, and sell our townhome. Although we had our share of ups and downs with buyers and sellers throughout this process, Mrs. Lesesne always kept her composure, remained very professional, courteous, communicative, responsive, and informative. She was a pleasure to work with during the purchase and sell, whether the news was good or bad, she insisted on transparency every step of the way, which was very much so appreciated. At the end, with a lot of negotiating, we purchased our dream home, and sold our townhome at the price Mrs. Lesense estimated, which was our of 100% goal.
