Hi! Thanks for taking the time to read about me! Allow me to introduce myself! I am Ciji VanDyke of RE/MAX On Point! And if you're wondering how to pronounce that, it's easy - just like the two letters "C.G.". And if you're now thinking I wonder what that name means? Or the family history and origin of it? Well, I'm here to say it came from the land of soap operas! That's right, my parents named me after a character on a soap opera! In 2009 I started selling real estate full time. I was ready to help buyers and sellers achieve the "American Dream"....In one of the WORST....MARKETS....EVER! Yikes! But I was determined to make this career work! In my first year of real estate, I sold 5 units. And I will honestly tell you, I am PROUD of those 5 units! You have to start somewhere in this business! I've always believed if I could survive THAT market, then I could make a successful go at this career! 2012 was a break-through year for me. I finished the year with selling 45 units (insert applause lol!). Finally, the hard work was paying off! On average, I typically help 70+ buyers and sellers every year with their home purchases and sales, but my forte is first time buyers and VA clients. It is an honor helping a person turn their dream into a reality of becoming a homeowner. Even more gratifying is assisting a Veteran who has dedicated their life to our country. When I'm not hustlin' and bustlin' with real estate, I'm a proud Mama of three extraordinary kiddos - Cami, Brody and Berkley! My four-legged children, Chloe, Cleo and Floki, are also pretty special! When life spares us a moment or two, Todd and I LOVE cooking on our food truck! We typically will do a couple of chicken BBQ benefits every summer to support a local cause or group. Its a great way to give back and we truly enjoy the art of BBQ'ing! So there you have it folks! I'm a beyond dedicated Real Estate Agent who never stops hustling for her clients helping them achieve the "AMERICAN DREAM"!

The experience to move you forward… Welcome! My name is Karen Callahan. I am a lifelong resident of Olean, N.Y. I hold a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from SUNY Fredonia. Outside of work, I enjoy walking, listening to music, aiding at the Elementary School, and spending time with friends and family. I started out in real estate long before I earned my real estate license. My husband Kevin and I saw the potential with property investments and their long term equity contributions! After we acquired a handful of properties and even flipped a few houses, we went on to purchase several more single family homes, multi units and a commercial building. I WAS HOOKED! I have a knack for interior design and this was my passion! I knew I NEEDED to become a Real Estate Agent, so I could help other people grow their investment portfolios! Since becoming licensed over 8 years ago, I have had the opportunity to help numerous clients with -first time home buyers, move-up sellers, luxury/second home real estate customers, commercial properties, and of course those investor clients! My greatest accomplishment in life has been becoming the mother of 4 extraordinary children! And while they are grown, you never stop being a “Mom” and giving life advice. I have guided them in the purchases of their first homes as well as given a ton of advice to our youngest son who has followed in my footsteps, and now owns several multi units and a few commercial buildings at a very young age. Patricia has an extensive professional background in sales and community outreach. After relocating to Western New York from Maine, in addition she has lived in New Jersey, North Carolina, and New York which may be why she has a passion for relocation work and is very comfortable working with VA programs. Her strengths as a realtor include attention to detail, strong communication skills and a drive to exceed expectations. First time home buyers also enjoy working with Patricia because she is not only dedicated to getting them a great deal but she educates them on the process and is a wealth of knowledge and resources. She works tirelessly to make home ownership a reality for all of her clients. Patricia has been active in Rotary International since 2008. She has been awarded the Paul Harris Award twice and she served as President of her club in Sanford, Maine and then served 2 years as President of the Olean Rotary Club. She has also served as a Chamber Ambassador for both the Sanford Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Olean Area Chamber of Commerce, and has held elected office in Maine as a member of the finance committee and the Sanford School Board and was appointed to Zoning Board of Appeals in Sanford as well. On a personal note, Patricia and her late husband have a daughter living and working in Buffalo, NY and Patricia spends most of her free time either playing with her Dog, Loki or working on houses and gardening. Patricia has also appeared in several productions with the Olean Theatre Workshop and has held positions of Vice President and Treasurer with Olean Music Boosters during her 7 years of volunteering with the Boosters.

As a life-long resident of Cattaraugus County, I am here to help you with all of your real estate needs.
