Lisa Lambdin was amazing to work with. We were challenging customers as we actually live a distance from the property we were purchasing. Lisa went "above and beyond" to answer all our questions, walked the property with my kids in or absence, and communicated readily through every step. At one point, this dedicated woman put on her boots and hiked through the woods to find all of our boundary lines ( Twice!) We appreciated all her support along the way and the professional contacts she shared. What a wonderful woman and an AMAZING realtor. We can't thank her enough!

I bought my house in Kentucky while still living in Michigan. Mike was wonderful from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. He was so good that when I sold my house 5 years later I asked him to list it. I trusted him enough to refer my mom to him and he sold my grandmother's house as well! Three houses and nothing but good experiences.

Buying a home from out of state, during the tail-end of COVID, when inventory was low and homes were being snapped up within a day or two of being listed was a challenge, to say the least! After contacting two other realtors that barely had time for me, I was referred to Mike. He was awesome, and just the help we needed! He would do video walk-throughs of homes we were interested in and send them to me. He gave valuable advice on areas to consider (or not, and why) as we were new to the area, sent numerous listings that met our criteria, and was quick to reply to texts, emails, and my 100s of questions. We found a home we were interested in, drove 8 hrs the next day to meet with Mike (who dropped what he was doing on a holiday) to show it to us - plus another place he had lined up last minute. He showed up with paperwork in hand, we stood in the driveway and put in an offer, and before we were half-way back home, I got a text from Mike that the offer was accepted. He made a seemingly impossible situation much less stressful. We recommend him to everyone who asks - 100%

Tonya was so supportive of me during the selling process which didn’t take long. As soon as the marketing information went out my house had numerous people interested and several bids came in. She helped me through everything. I would totally use Tonya again and wish her the best!

This was the second time my wife and I have chosen to work with Tonya, the first time was to buy our starter home. Tonya was fantastic when it came to finding the right house for us and our budget. When the time came to sell and move into a larger house Tonya was our first and only choice, and again she was more then helpful and knowledgeable in both selling our old house and helping us find our forever home. Tonya was excellent in everything she did and was always available to answer questions. My wife and I would never use another realator, other than Tonya.
